Loosing its feeling.

I remember many years ago when I got my Free EB membership and would collect those carrots for points and visiting the store was always a great experience.
Well sad to say I feel that EB GAMES now more focus on their store designs rather then going back to what customers love.
- Pricing is always the highest, they do price match but if you don’t ask you don’t receive. Perfect example yesterday I saw a customer pay over $100 for a new ps5 controller where JB next door had them for almost half that price.
- Game wrap - I love unwrapping the plastic on the outside to then open the game it’s all about journey but now the games don’t come in the wrap however everyone else such as jb / big w / target all still come with the wrap.
- Customer service is all about up selling not being human and talking to the customer.
It’s just a poor run company now, sad to say I am going to shop elsewhere. Anyone else agree....

Top Comment: Hey fellow Poké collectors. There are a variety of these dragonite cards from Silver Tempest out in the wild. The regular holo, the reverse holo, the "Gamestop" stamped promo, and the EU "Silver Tempest" stamped promo. A few weeks ago PokeBeach had an article about an AU/NZ "EB Games" stamped card, but after scouring the internet and all known trading card sites for the past month I have yet to stumble upon a single other mention, photo, or listing of this card. Does anyone know if it actually exists? Even better if you could point me in the direction of one! EDIT: THE CARD EXISTS AND I HAVE FINALLY ACQUIRED ONE.
